Music and entertainment are the epitomy of social. People laugh, cry and dance together - bonding over common experiences of love, life and heartbreak. So it was a no-brainer for Gigzee.com, a website that helps you discover live music near you, to step into the social media world and connect with fellow musicans and music lovers all across the country.

Challenges

As a new company in the music industry, Gigzee.com needs to increase awareness of their brand and service. In a space as competitive as music and entertainment, Gigzee needs to reach their audience and communicate their unique features. 

Strategies

Zuno consulted on Gigzee's social media strategies and provided recommendations on how to reach their target market - independent artists and music lovers across the United States.

Following an audit of which social media communities would best allow them to communicate with future brand advocates, Zuno guided Gigzee team members on an ongoing basis, helping them write appropriate content for Gigzee's blog, advising on social media etiquette and consulting on how to use various social media tools. Zuno also provided YouTube campaign recommendations that are currently in development. 

Over the past few months Gigzee has seen a growth in their Facebook and Twitter communities and has seen an increase in indexing by Google. This has in turn helped drive traffic to the Gigzee website and keeps fans rockin'.
